Thursday, May 20th, 2010

With health and weight loss being all anyone is talking about now, selling fitness products is one of the most lucrative businesses you can get in to. Everyday millions of people search the internet for different diets or different ways to lose weight. Think about that: millions of people every day. Why would you not want to get in to this business? So how can you get started selling these fitness products. Well there are several ways you can get started.

First, you could apply for a job as a salesman at a company that either manufactures or sells fitness products, not very exciting and probably not a lot of money either. Second, you could start your own business selling either your own product or perhaps a program you designed. This has the potential to bring in quite a bit of money, but takes a ton of time and money to get started. Not to mention all of the great fitness products that are already out there have reputation and consumer confidence that brand new products don’t have. And finally the best way to make money selling fitness products.

Pushing Yourself in the Gym

Monday, April 5th, 2010

Most people in today’s hectic and stressful world don’t make the time to get a nice work out a couple of times a week, this can be a crucial mistake as working out will actually be the main thing that will keep you healthy and let you work on all the things that are keeping you so busy today for many years to come. Working out also has great advantages like actually feeling more energized and confident because you push yourself and see that you are achieving great results and gains in the gym.

However, it is only fair to also applaud those people who do actually take time out of their busy schedules to hit the gym and train because they have realized the health and confidence fitness can bring. What a lot of not only these people but most people in general do wrong however is that they don’t push themselves enough while actually in the gym. You can literally go into any gym, anywhere in the world and you will quickly be able to spot people talking for minutes at the time and not training, talking on their cell phone, sitting and relaxing for up to 5 minutes before moving on to the next set, chatting up girls instead of hitting the weights etc.

You really have to ask yourself why you are going to the gym a couple of times a week and what your goals are. Because no matter what your goals are, you are really setting up a huge roadblock for yourself by training in the above mentioned ways. Make sure that once you are in the gym you are 100% focused on the task at hand and focus solely on hitting the weights hard and heavy. The #1 goal of the gym whether you lift heavy, light, do only cardio or spinning is Intensity.

You always want to keep the intensity at the highest level possible to get the maximum benefits from your time and effort. It is really simple, you are already putting in the time and effort it takes to go to the gym, why not push yourself while there so you get 2-4 times better results than now? So if you want to increase your results, commit yourself to pushing yourself hard and having high intensity in the gym from now on. If you do this you will see results within 2-3 weeks.
